ERIC ISSELHARDT, PhD
Dr. Isselhardt is a senior executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in both non-profit and for-profit education venues. His interests focus on narrowing the opportunity gap, building distributed leadership organization cultures, creating strategic and tactical plans leading to effective implementation, facilitating meaningful board and executive transition and evaluation, and creating systemic reform. His outcomes-centric leadership philosophy is based on teamwork, consensus building, and accountability, balanced by the ability to translate a shared core mission into tactical action. Dr. Isselhardt has a practitioner’s business financial perspective that he applies in all of his leadership work. The use of creative approaches to problem solving, effective strategic planning processes, collaborative management, and a drive for excellence leading to innovative and entrepreneurial mission-derived programs all characterize his transformational work.
